The main geography of our orders is Kyiv and Kyiv region, but this does not prevent us from successfully implementing projects in other regions of Ukraine.

According to the law of Ukraine on the protection of consumer rights, all furniture is guaranteed for 18 months. Often, for furniture fittings from European brands, which are used by Right brand, manufacturers give a guarantee for a longer period than the specified one. Subject to the rules of operation, we also retain the warranty from the fittings manufacturers. In addition, our company provides post-warranty service.

As a rule, no. Our company provides a guarantee for all its products and elements; if individual elements are installed on third-party products, then our company will not be able to guarantee the durability of operation of such furniture. Therefore, we do not undertake such items. When placing an order with us for the furniture production, in addition, we can take on the replacement of worktops, for example. But such cases are considered individually.

We carry out delivery in Kyiv and installation free of charge. Only the manual entry of oversized elements to the floor, or in the absence of an elevator, could be paid separately.

The terms for the manufacture of custom-made furniture under Right brand depend on the materials used, for example, an item which is made without painting the board materials or glass takes 30+ working days to be produced, if medium-density fibreboard or glass are painted – it takes 40+ working days, and if MDF is veneered or solid wood is used – 45+ working days.

For the customized furniture manufacture, several components are required:

  • A designer with a sense of style, knowledge of advanced materials and systems, as well as furniture production technologies.
  • A project developer with experience and the ability to cope with complex design ideas, while complying with the manufacturability of materials, furniture fittings and systems.
  • A team of managers who monitor the availability of modern materials and fittings in the Ukrainian market and not only, which allows using the latest developments in furniture fittings and technologies for the production of high-quality furniture.
  • Qualified specialists who not only manufacture and assemble furniture, but also monitor the quality of materials and fittings at all stages of production, for the quality implementation of the project.
